Dani Gerz began her commercial real estate career at a family office, serving as the in-house leasing agent for a growing portfolio of assets. As the firm expanded, so did her responsibilities. Today, she oversees the leasing and management of more than 100,000 square feet of commercial property.
Working closely with both landlords and tenants, Dani brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. She understands the priorities, pressures, and opportunities on both sides of the table, allowing her to structure thoughtful, strategic deals that create lasting value for all parties involved.
In addition to leasing and management, Dani plays an integral role in sourcing acquisition opportunities and leading value-add development initiatives that enhance asset performance and strengthen long-term ownership returns.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Dani spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, where she cultivated a people-first mindset and earned a reputation for warmth, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. A former Division I soccer player, she brings discipline, competitiveness, and a team-oriented approach to every assignment—always advocating fiercely for her clients’ best interests.
Whether navigating a complex negotiation or evaluating the next growth opportunity, Dani is a trusted partner and a dedicated resource for all your commercial real estate needs.
