A 10+ year real estate veteran, Nina specializes in sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. With her large network on LinkedIn, she is a frequent resource for residential agents with clients who have commercial real estate needs, and she is always happy to pay referral fees.

Nina is also a co-working and executive office space expert. Her extensive knowledge of the office landscape in Los Angeles provides businesses flexibility, along with solutions that save time and expense.

She produced “Venture Net,” a popular venture capital conference for startup tech companies. This annual conference is so successful that Shark Tank’s very own Mark Cuban was a keynote speaker.

Nina has a master’s degree from Hunter College in New York City. In her free time, she loves working out, film screenings and discovering all that Los Angeles has to offer.

She also volunteers for the yearly Broker Challenge with Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA), which raises funds for Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services. She is involved in Toastmasters, which has allowed her to hone her public speaking and leadership skills.
