A 10+ year commercial real estate veteran, Nina specializes in the sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties, with particular expertise in co-working and executive office space. Her deep knowledge of the Los Angeles office landscape helps businesses find flexible solutions that save time and expense. With a large network on LinkedIn, she’s a frequent resource for residential agents whose clients have commercial real estate needs, and she’s always looking for new, creative ways to serve her clients.
Nina has been featured on the Crexi podcast and is a regular attendee of the CREi Summit, staying connected to the latest trends and conversations shaping the industry. She also produced “Venture Net,” a popular venture capital conference for startup tech companies so successful that Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban was a keynote speaker.
Nina holds a master’s degree from Hunter College in New York City. In her free time, she loves working out, film screenings, and discovering all that Los Angeles has to offer. She volunteers for the annual Broker Challenge with the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA), benefiting Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, and is active in Toastmasters, sharpening her public speaking and leadership skills.
